see i learned that if you have power point it easier to do you allot of stuff like ogresses stuff that when you need to show stuff that yo job that they will see it in a good and if you have any notes you can show it when the person look at it instead on the slide show.so when you have a show that would the best the to do when you can then you can delete what u need too but if you delete that wrong thing you can always go back to what u was trying to do instanced of you being slow and lost all yo work.
